A : Dear all, please compare your own measurements with our size table, it’s the best way to look at the detail size data carefully such as the shoulder, bust, length, etc. Do not choose the size you wear usually, because you are purchasing from overseas, which may has difference from your own country.

A : If you just don’t like it, you can return it back, we’ll full refund. but the express fee is very expensive, we suggest you can try to resell to you friends in your country.
4) Q: Hi, the clothes I received have different measurements with your size chart, so it’s small/big for me, what should I do?
A : If you measured the clothes you received and the measurements are different from our size chart (2-3cm errors are normal), pls contact us asap and we’ll do our best to fix it and make you satisfied.
5) Q: Hi, the clothes I received have terrible quality issue like it has a hole so I can’t wear it at all, what should I do?
A : Please contact us and we’ll do our best to compensate your loss.
6) Q: Hi, the clothes I received have color defference, so I don’t like it, what should I do?
A : As different computers’ displayer, the color will have a little difference from the pictures.
7) Q: Hi, why the tracking number can’t be tracked?
A : It generally takes 3-10 days to update the tracking information from the day we shipped the package. But if it still can’t be tracked after 10 days, please contact us and we’ll check it with our post office and fix the problem.
8) Q: Hi, the delivery time is running out but I still haven’t received my package, what should I do?
