Operation method:
Use a piece of copper covered on the GPU sheet instead of the blue heat conduction glue!
1) copper sheet size: 1.5 CM long, 1.5 CM wide, 0.8 1.5 MM thickness.
2) copper sheet should level off, do not bend, try to smooth surface.
3) the sequence of operation:
A. teardown (drawnet on teardown photos and teardown manual)
B. use silver thermal conductive silicone coating in GPU contact surface, and the top of the copper sheet. Copper sheet below need not besmear of thermal conductivity silica gel.
C. the copper sheet cover on the GPU, and then cover your laptop heat dissipation module, and lock the screw. Please properly adjust thermal module balance, ensure that every chip and thermal module can contact well, so you can play the best effect of thermal conductivity, please keep the graphics core contact with the heat dissipation module parallel interface, don’t make the interface is uneven tilt of contact and influence the actual effect of thermal conductivity.
D. with the new blue thermal conductive rubber cover the motherboard another side to the north and south bridge chip, in order to strengthen its heat dissipation.
E. the laptop. Please be sure to first clean the fan/cooling fins/cooling module position such as dust, and then replaced. The thickness of the inappropriate can’t play a good effect on thermal conductivity.
