Sales Tax

Return
-If you are not satisfied with the product because its faulty or you don’t want it . please return it within 15 days for a replacement or money back. The buyer are responsible for the return shipping cost . we will pay the resending shipping fee for the exchange .The shipping will not refund if the product is well , and you just don’t want it .
-Within a period of 3 months of the purchase date, buyers can send back items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay the shipping fees for resending the item back to the buyer. If the item is more than 3 months old, buyers can still send them back for repair. However, the buyer is responsible for paying all the shipping fees when the item is initially returned to us and when it is dispatched to them. This means that the buyer must pay the shipping fee to us before the item is returned for repair.
Notice: If the buyer has damaged the item(s) and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of the components.
-If you want to send back for repairing, Please do as below:
1.Send out your package through local post office , do not return by DHL,UPS…as it will cost high customs and it may be in trouble with customs clearance.
2. Marked your order No. on shipping document,as we have many different departments and have many packages everyday, Please remember write your order number,so I can know which package is from you.
3. Write down your return information and put it in the package. Including: Full name, detail address, post code, phone No..
4. Take some photos of delivery when you send it back to us.
-We are NOT responsible for ANY import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund due to the above reason.
