Multi-point blade type diamond dresser
Two or more selected diamonds are set in metal matrix
This dresser is used for rough dressing of grinding wheels. In this tool number of small natural diamonds are set in a geometric pattern in single layer. This dressers are resistant to shock & impact.
Blade Dresser are basically conceived from the Multipoint wheel dressing concept. In these tool needle type layer immediately expose, thse tools relpace Diamond chisel and can with stand more abuse. The thin elongated diamonds used cut the abrasive particales smoothly. The following action on the grinding wheel surface with the Blade Dresser.
1) A pure abrasive action – no ” rubbing ” action.
2) Proper fracture of individual grains to expose maximum abrasive area for grinding.
3) Mimimum ” Filling ” of bonding cavities on the wheel surface to mimimise friction during grinding operation.
4) Minimum ” grain pull out ” Blae Dresser available in two widths and different blade thickness.
