1. DCF signal is not available in some countries, please check it yourself. And it can be adjusted by the time. So it will not affect its normal function.
2. Some weather stations, such as RS8718NPC5B, RS8708NPC5, RS8725NPC5 series are with “sunrise and sunset, moonrise and moonset”, due to some cities can not be located(European), so this function will not be accurate.
3. Most of outdoor sensor’s temperature range is in -20C to 60C, some cold regions need lower temperature, some of our weather stations support -40C, please email us, or leave us message when your make order. And normal sensors is available for 30m to 50m in the open air. If you need further distance, please email us.
4. Do not place the sensor directly in the bad condition(in the rain, snow, frost, burning sunshine), it will shorten its service life. It is better put it in the shelter or use something to cover it as protection.
5. The barometer unit is inHg. Not available for mmHg.

Returns and Warranties
1. Refund or replacement can be requested within 15 days after the product is received. If the product does not match the description, please contact us for a refund (photos will be appreciated). Refund can only be qualified if the product returned is in its original condition and must include the original packaging and contents. Any costs incurred will be charged at buyer’s expense if the product is lost or damaged during the return, we will not offer any refund. Please contact the logistic company for a request of compensation.
2. All items come with basic 6 month sellers warranty, all products are carefully checked before shipping.
3. Before the products are returned, please check the returning address carefully and email us the the tracking number, the name and contact details of the logistic company. After the product is received by us, we will make the refund as soon as possible.
