20 Mini Potted Edible Orange Bonsai Seeds– Fragrant & Ornamental Fruit,Easy -growingHow to Start Bonsai Orange Seeds

Bonsai is a form of growing and maintaining miniature trees. These trees can be a few inches to 2 feet tall. Bonsai orange trees come from the same seeds as those found in a grocery store orange. Bonsai orange trees are easy to grow from seeds. They reach about 19 inches high. These trees grow small orange fruits as well as being beautiful additions to a home.

Instructions

1. Pick the seeds out of an orange. Let them dry for two weeks.

2. Fill a small pot with potting soil. Plant the seeds 1 inch under the surface of the soil.

3. Put the pot in an eastern, western or southern window where it can get light for the amount of time the sun faces that direction. Place the bonsai under a grow light 12 inches from the plant for 16 hours a day if there is no access to a window. Keep the soil moist, but not wet.

4. Feed the bonsai with a fertilizer that has nitrogen, potash, “chelated” iron and phosphoric acid. Water before fertilizing and apply only half the recommended fertilizer for the bonsai. Feed as often as specified on the fertilizer packaging.

5. Transfer the plants to the bonsai container when the seeds have germinated and grown to about 6 inches, and have a second and third set of leaves. Begin the art of bonsai with your new bonsai orange trees.
