Shipment:
When you place an order, please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee. If you need other expressage, please contact us before shipping. Following are something you need pay attention:
- We will send the items within 5 days once your payment is completed. ( holidays excepted ) .
- Two days after we dispatch the cargo, you can check the information on the true logistics company’s web site. We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipment due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.
- Buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, duties for importation into your country. These additional fees may collected at time of delivery. We have no responsible for any accidents, delays or other issue, and we will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.
- We will just ship to the default address in your alipay, please confirm it before payment. Otherwise, we have no responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses if you can’t receive goods.
Warranty&Maintenance:
- We provide 12 month free maintenance (excluding the accessories). The buyer should return the product in the original conditions to us and should bear the shipping costs for return.
- If any part is required to be replaced, the buyer should also pay for the costs of the parts to be replaced.
After-sales service:
- When you receive the package, please check package appearance damage or not and open it to check all the items are working in good condition before you sign.Don’t sign if items are broken, and ask the delivery company to make a “damage certificate”. Otherwise, we will not provide any warranty and refund and we will not shoulder for any artificial damage.
