About Custom Clearance
1. The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.
2. We always declare goods as gifts to avoid or minimize customs duties and ease custom proceeding.
if you know ways to avoid or minimize the taxes (like labeling, packing, declarations, invoices, etc),
please let us know. we will follow your instruction.
3. However, we will not cover import custom duty if it is needed.
About Payment

About Return&Refund
1. We check each product twice(after production and before shipping), so, if you still got
problem products from us, then,please take photo and cotact us at first time,
we will make a replacement or refund to you according to different condition.
2. You have 7 days to contact us once you received. but if this item in your posession more than 7 days,
it will be considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement, there are no exceptions.
3. Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
4. All returned items must be in the original condition and you must provide us with the
shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return. please contact us first before opening a dispute,
