Due to the tax problem, buyer refuse to receive the goods, buyer need to Responsible for freight out and home..Pls kind for the taxes is very expersive in especial for Brazil/Spain/Italy/Eastern Europe.And Pls take the CPF to me when Brazil buyer order.
3.About the scratches:For the bike is the big-ticket goods, I’ll try to reinforce the packaging and trasportions, but maybe there are a few scratches.If it is ,Pls let me know,I will help you reduce the loss ,But please don’t give bad feedback or disputes for it.Thank you for your understanding and support
4. About a small design change:May be due to different batch, design of goods have a little change, without prior notice.For it the seller will be notified by letter or email within the station, if no reply within 2 days from buyer, is that the buyer confirm the change.
