If you made a order, assuming you accept this:
1. For express shipping,like DHL/UPS/Fedex, you maybe charged by custom. We can help customer to avoid or reduce the tax,but we don’t take responsibilty for it.
2. If customers refuse to accept the shippments, customers will not get fully refunded, we will deduct shipping cost from the order value. For DHL, the shipping cost could be 200 usd , because it include 2 ways, one is from us to customers , another is from customers back to us.
3. Normally we will provide free shipping by DHL or EMS,but sometimes we also send by the other carriers ,

Case 1: Your shipping area is remote location for DHL.You check if your area is remote area or not on DHL the website : remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first_main.jsp
Case 2:DHL is not allow to use in your area .Like Russian ,Kazakhstan.Or EMS is not allowed to send the shippment with battery for your areas.
